Minpins March

Minpins have recently been learning about dinosaurs. We became archaeologists and used different tools to search for dinosaur bones in the sand tray. We carefully brushed the sand away to reveal the bones and used magnifying glasses to get a good look at them.
Our archaeologists carried on their search for dinosaurs but this time we searched in the cold. We continued to use tools to scrape the ice until we released the dinosaur.
We also turned ourselves into dinosaurs and had great fun making giant dinosaur foot prints in the paint.
“Gool Peran Lowen”. We looked at a book about Cornwall and found a picture of St Piran's flag. We got black paper and carefully stuck on white tissue paper to make the cross.
We read the story of The Tiger Who Came To Tea and were very excited when a Tiger came to have tea with us. The Tiger poured us all a cup of 'tea' before he ate all the buns and drank all the tea in the pot.
