Head of School Welcome

Welcome to Indian Queens School website.
We are located in a village in the heart of Cornwall close to the A30. The school has extensive grounds providing plenty of space for sports, play and outdoor learning, whilst inside the buildings there are stimulating, well-resourced classrooms, with current technology and a wealth of art work reflecting an aspirational and creative curriculum.
This is a school which prides itself on its friendly, highly skilled and dedicated staff and governors, all of whom place a high priority on the welfare and social development of all the children, regardless of age, ability or background.
The children come first and are encouraged to develop their imagination, communication skills and their capacity to learn. Most importantly, they are encouraged to flourish as individuals.  As a result, we are proud of our polite, hard-working and kind childrren.
The school has recently undergone a significant expansion, with 5 new classrooms and associated facilities with rooms being built on 3 separate locations on the site. This has enabled the school to increase its planned admission number to 60 in all year groups, ensuring that the school can still meet the increase in applications for places within a thriving local community.
If you would like to find out more about us, then please contact the school secretary who will make you an appointment.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
Mrs Sue Roberts
